Our Services

Play therapy is a psychotherapeutic treatment approach specifically developed to help children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old. Children often have difficulties expressing their feelings verbally and play is their language. Play therapy allows children to make sense of their world, learn new skills, and heal after traumatic events.   

Individual counseling is the most common type of therapy where you are the sole focus of the therapist. We will work together to explore and understand the challenges you face as you progress toward healing. 

I offer individual counseling both in-person and/or virtually, depending on your needs and preferences.

Based on the needs of our community, therapy groups, support groups and workshops are available throughout the year. 

Currently, we are offering the following groups: 

• FREE 13-week in-person Grief Support Group starts on Thursday, January 16 from 10:30 am to 12:15 pm. You can join this weekly group at any time. Contact us for details and location.
